This represents just a few of the screens in MasonDesk!

Main Screen. This is the starting point for MasonDesk. You can easily find a brother by typing in the last name and pressing enter.  Notice the Tree View on the left.  This tree can be "On" or "Off", your choice.

Member Record... Here is where you maintain info on the member.  You may also assign an Image to this user, which can later be used in reporting. 

The *Date* section of the member record contains a wealth of information on the member.  Such as Petition date, Initiated date, Passed date, raised date and many others.  This is where you will also maintain any loss time information.  In most cases Loss Time information is automatically entered by MasonDesk when you Erase for NPD or other reasons and reinstate a member.

Reporting is an important aspect of any tracking system.  MasonDesk excels in reporting, by providing you with almost all the reports you could possibly need.  Plus, since MasonDesk's data is in a standard xBase compatible format, you can also use a third-party reporting tool to add additional reports.

The MasonDesk Ledger is a place for you to keep up with dues and other monies received from members.

Word Processor... The perfect place to type letters to you members.  Complete with all the tools you'll need to get important information out the door fast.
